CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING - Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24/48 hours in advance. Changes made after this window will result in a fee. NO-SHOW POLICY - Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. LATE CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations made within 24/48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. CARD ON FILE AUTHORIZATION - A valid card is required to book. By scheduling, you authorize Sage & Strand by Erin to charge your card for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. GRACE PERIOD - A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the full fee. AGREEMENT TO TERMS - By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
